House Details

The house is strategically located to provide the student a comfortable and convenient environment. It is located in a downtown neighborhood of the federal capital and it is a few minutes walk away from the most interesting spots of the city, for example, the National Congress, Recoleta, Corrientes Avenue, Santa Fe Avenue, Abasto de Buenos Aires Shopping Center, Florida Street and many others.

It is also located a few meters away from subway lines, which enables the students to reach other neighborhoods and interest spots. Within this area, students will also find other means of transportation, such as trains and buses.

The neighborhood is known as Balvanera and it is the origin source of tango. At this moment, the Government of the City is promoting this area through the opening of the Carlos Gardel Museum, Abasto Shopping Center and the future Konex Cultural City. The latter counting with 7000 square meters designed to promote tango and cultural events such as art exhibitions, theaters, cinemas, etc.

The house has 4 individual bedrooms, 2 of which have private bathrooms. Bedrooms have individual heating and air conditioning units. Each room is nicely decorated for the student to have a homey stay. All details of a family home will be present at all moments making his/her stay a unique moment.

    Spanish Time method at a glance:

    The student learns Spanish with the teacher while staying at her home in Buenos Aires (this method guarantees a total immersion)

    The lessons are individual exclusively, so the course starts with each student and is tailored to his needs

    Our exclusive teaching method allows us to take up to 4 students at the same time

    Students get half-board (breakfast and dinner are included in the rate)
